BQE Water Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Vancouver, BC – BQE Water Inc. (TSX-V: BQE), a leader in the treatment and management of mine impacted waters, has named Mr. Heman Wong, CPA, CGA as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Secretary, effective September 1, 2018. Mr. Wong succeeds Mr. Wylie Hui, who has resigned to pursue other opportunities.

Mr. Wong joined BQE Water in 2012 and has 10 years of professional experience in the environmental sector. He was most recently the Company’s Controller. In his new role, Mr. Wong will oversee the financial management, internal controls, financial reporting, investor relations and corporate administration for the Company.
