BioteQ Environmental Technologies to Begin Trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange

VANCOUVER, BC – BioteQ Environmental Technologies Inc. (TSX:BQE) is pleased to announce that its shares will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) today, May 29, 2007 under the same ticker symbol, BQE. The Company has met all necessary requirements to list on the TSX and its shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange. The original listing on the TSX is in the Mining category of 61,033,056 common shares issued and outstanding and 9,855,054 common shares reserved for issuance.

Company management and directors will attend a listing ceremony and market opening of the TSX on June 8, 2007.
